At JUNOOR, we value your trust above all else. Because we operate a pickup-only storefront, we don't collect unnecessary physical home addresses or tracking data. We only collect the minimal information needed to process your order and safely hand it over to you.
Your name, email address, and WhatsApp phone number — used solely to send order status updates and 'Ready for Pickup' notifications. We also record the items you purchase to prepare your package at our counter.
When you collect your order, we verify your order confirmation email and a valid ID to prevent unauthorized pickups. This information is not stored beyond the pickup transaction.
All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. JUNOOR does not store, see, or have access to your raw credit/debit card details. Your payment information is encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or unauthorized partners. Your information is yours.
