Welcome to JUNOOR. By purchasing from our platform or using our website, you agree to these simple, binding terms.
JUNOOR is a pickup-only e-commerce storefront. We do not ship items to physical addresses. All purchases must be picked up in person at your selected pickup point. You have 14 calendar days from receiving your 'Ready for Pickup' notification to collect your items. Orders abandoned after 14 days without prior communication may be cancelled and restocked.
Product prices are displayed in Ghana cedis throughout the storefront and confirmed again on the secure payment page before payment is completed. Payments must be completed online prior to pickup — we do not accept cash-on-delivery. If a pricing or stock error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately.
Customers are highly encouraged to inspect their items at our pickup counter. Any returns, refunds, or exchanges are governed by our 7-day return policy — items must be unused and in original packaging.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
